Custom Reports
PayNearMe can create custom reports that track specific events in the PayNearMe transaction flow. These reports can be segmented by payment method, payment type (e.g., one-time ad-hoc or scheduled), and payment status. You’ll work with your PayNearMe Technical Account Manager (TAM) to customize the parameters you want to include in the report and how often you want to receive it. Once your PayNearMe TAM creates the report specification, you’ll receive it at your preferred cadence via email or SFTP transfer. Reports sent via email can also be downloaded in the Business Portal under Reports.

To access your custom reports, complete the following steps:
-
Log into the Business Portal and if not selected, click the Home tab.
-
Scroll to the Beta Features section.
-
Click Reports. The Reports screen displays.
-
Use the Timeframe filter on the right to limit the displayed number of reports. The following timeframes are supported:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Forever (i.e., show all reports)
-
Click the Download link to download a copy of the report to your computer.
Running a Custom Report
If you want to run a custom report for a specific date or date range, click the Run Report button on the Reports screen. The Run Report screen displays.

Complete the following steps to run a report:
- Use the dropdown menu in the Choose Report field to select the custom report you’d like to run. The options in this field will depend on the reports that your PayNearMe TAM has previously created.
- If you would like to have a copy of the report emailed to your Business Portal email address, select the Email when ready** checkbox. Otherwise, you can download the report from the Reports page.
- To create the report for a specific business day, select the Business Day option and then use the date picker or enter the preferred date in mm/dd/yyyy format in the text box. To create a report for a range of business days, select the Business Day Range option and then use the date picker or enter the preferred dates in mm/dd/yyyy format in the from Starting Business Day and to Ending Business Day text field. NOTE: The business day date range cannot be more than 31 days.
- Click Run Report. The Business Portal returns you to the Reports page and displays the report in the “Queued” or “Preparing” status.
