SFTP Reports and File Exchanges
PayNearMe reports are organized into three distinct categories:
- The Consumer/Loan Data (MAM) files manage a client’s consumer, loan, and Smart Link data.
- The Transaction Reports provide detailed records for all transactions processed on our platform, including payments, scheduled payments, and returned payments.
- The Reconciliation (Accounting/Finance) Files provide a detailed record of financial transactions between our bank accounts.

Transaction Reports
These reports provide a record of every transaction processed on the PayNearMe platform. They deliver details about payments made, payments scheduled, and any returned payments that should be un-posted in your system. These reports include the following:
- Daily Payments Report
- Daily Scheduled Payments Report
- Daily AutoPay Results Report
- Daily Returned Payments Report

They provide detailed records associated with the financial transactions between PayNearMe and client bank accounts, including credits to the client’s bank account(s) for consumer payments and debits from the client’s bank account(s) for refunds, returns, chargebacks, and reversals. These reports include the following:
